  • Liaise with product providers for policy information and documentation
  • Support Financial Planners with meeting preparation and follow-ups
  • Carry out AML checks and maintain accurate client files to meet regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with advisers, administrators, compliance, and investment managers
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in paraplanning processes and templates

About You:

  • Broad technical knowledge across pensions, ISAs, bonds, trusts, and protection
  • Proven ability to conduct AML checks and maintain FCA compliance standards
  • Excellent report writing skills and high attention to detail
  • Confident using financial planning software (e.g. Intelligent Office, Voyant, FE Analytics, CashCalc)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Desirable:

  • Experience in firms undergoing M&A activity
  • Familiarity with EIS, VCT, BPR, or equity release
  • Exposure to HNW clients, CGT calculations, and complex planning cases

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary and discretionary bonus
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Full study support for further professional qualifications
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service)
  • Pension scheme and wellness support
  • Involvement in developing systems and processes within a growing firm
  • Genuine career progression opportunities in a supportive, collaborative environment
