Paraplanner Southampton / Exeter (either) £40,000 £46,000 + Benefits An exciting opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning firm, with flexibility to be based in either Southampton or Exeter. This role offers a strong balance of technical work and collaboration with advisers, within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Opportunity: You will work closely with Financial Planners, providing technical support and ensuring the delivery of clear, compliant and effective advice. Key Responsibilities: Preparing detailed suitability reports Carrying out technical research Supporting advisers with client recommendations Maintaining accurate client records Assisting with client meetings where required Requirements: DipPFS qualified Experience in a paraplanning role Strong organisational and communication skills Benefits: Hybrid working (1 day office-based) Excellent career progression Competitive salary package
