Paralegal | Manchester City Centre | Full Time | £27,000 – £32,000 per annum Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding law firm based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, specialising in financial litigation and consumer credit. They provide legal services concerning a variety of claim types, such as Plevin/PPI, motor finance, and secret commissions. They are looking for a paralegal who is not afraid to challenge themselves and the misconduct of lenders and financial institutions. An ability to stay positive and motivated despite seemingly insurmountable odds, whilst fighting for individual consumers against the infinitely deep pockets of financial institutions, is a must. Graduate with a Law Degree and previous experience working as a paralegal Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in Financial Litigation (preferred) Experience managing own litigated caseload, ideally within financial mis-selling (minimum 18 months desirable) MUST have experience with Small Claims Track and Fast Track claims Experience with Fast Track / Multi Track is desirable Personable skills with experience managing client expectations IT literate with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
