Senior Real Estate Paralegal

London (4 days a week in the office)

£40-70k depending on experience

An excellent opportunity has arisen in-house for an award winning real estate development and architecture company for an experienced real estate paralegal.

The Role

Working closely with the Managing Director of the company and liaising with external counsel you can look forward to managing a range of commercial real estate matters including:

• Acquisitions
• Sales and leasing
• Construction
• Real estate finance
• Property litigation
• Conveyancing
• Plot sales

The role will also include some corporate commercial work including contracts and company filings etc

The Requirements

• Law degree and ideally the LPC/SQE with relevant property modules
• At least 2 years experience in commercial property at a City firm
• In-house experience would be a bonus but not essential
