The firm supports international clients with the management of their intercompany agreements, corporate structures and transactions typically when they are going through a reorganisation.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and managing commercial contracts, including creating, updating, and automating agreements.
• Handling corporate legal matters, such as drafting board minutes, agreements, resolutions, and document suites for multinational clients.
• Conducting due diligence by reviewing contracts and explaining key clauses, such as pricing provisions.
• Managing cross-border group structures and subsidiaries globally.
• Creating and implementing documents within inter-company group structures.

Requirements

It is anticipated you will have at least 2 years experience in a corporate commercial paralegal role either in private practice or in-house.

You will be used to having a high level of responsibility and enjoy working with minimal supervision. The ability to demonstrate you can effectively work fully remotely is also key.
