The Role

You will support experienced lawyers on a broad range of trademark matters, working with an impressive client base and gaining exposure to high-value, complex work.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with UK and international trademark filings
• Managing trademark portfolios and maintaining records
• Conducting trademark searches and reporting findings
• Preparing documents for oppositions, renewals, and assignments
• Liaising with clients, overseas agents, and official bodies
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring matters progress smoothly
• Supporting solicitors on wider brand protection matters

About You

• Previous 1+ years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal or within IP administration
• Strong understanding of trademark procedures and filings
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
