Paralegal – Residential/Conveyancing needed to be based near to Southend-On-Sea. My client is pleased to confirm that due to the growth and success of their business they are hiring for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their ever-expanding team. Please note: * This is a remote position however, you must be able to come into the office in Southend as and when required so you must live near to Southend. * You will be required to work 3 days a week to start with, possibility of longer hours the more work you pick up. * Offering £22-26K pro rata depending on experience. Job purpose: * You will assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion. * Working closely with solicitors and other team members, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and efficient service to their clients.
