Job Role: Finance Paralegal

Job Responsibilities

• Acting as a key liaison with investment banks
• Drafting deal documents from precedents
• Preparing listing documents and liaising with local jurisdiction bodies
• Reviewing standard transaction documents from counsel
• Managing transaction timelines, signings, and closings
• Maintaining a database of transactions and producing monthly deal flow reports
• Monitoring receivables and assisting with post-completion processes

Candidates will ideally have at least one year of relevant transactional experience gained at a US, Magic Circle, or elite City law firm, or within an investment bank.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
