My client a well established control panel manufacturer are currently seeking an experienced Panel Wirer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels to a high standard, ensuring all work complies with relevant specifications and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Wiring and assembling electrical control panels from schematic diagrams Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and layouts Installing components such as relays, PLCs, and circuit breakers Conducting testing and fault-finding on completed panels Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards Working closely with engineers and production teams Requirements: Proven experience as a Panel Wireman or similar role Ability to read and understand electrical schematics Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Knowledge of electrical standards and regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Skills: Experience with PLC wiring Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) Previous experience in manufactur...
