Panel Wireman/ Electrician

Certain Advantage are hiring on behalf of our leading manufacturer who build systems that solve complex waste challenges around the world.

An experienced Panel / Field Wireman is required for 12 weeks to work out of their facility in Burscough. The work will involve the assembly and wiring of controls panels and field wiring of complete incinerator systems/ lines ready for test before being broken down for distribution to the field.

Were looking for Electricians with 18thEdition wiring regs and strong competence in reading from engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Standard hours of work are Mon to Thur 08.00 - 16.45/ Fri 08.00 - 12.45pm).

Key Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical schematics, general arrangement drawings and wiring diagrams to perform complex panel wiring tasks. Produce accurate wiring looms and harnesses using correct cables, terminals and other control panel components. Route, cut, strip and terminate wires with a high level of precision and consistency. Work with control gear, PLC`s, relays, terminal blocks. Fit trunking, cable management systems, baskets according to layout/ drawings.
