Panel Technician Role Replacing and repairing panels, including straightening and filling Performing body alignment Welding and bonding Filler work, dent removal, and pin pulling Ensuring vehicles are thoroughly examined and reporting findings (oral and/or written), with emphasis on customer safety and satisfaction Working in a manner that minimises lost, non-revenue, and/or diversionary time, accurately recording all such time Keeping work areas clean, tidy, well-organised, and safein full compliance with Health and Safety standards

Panel Technician Requirements Previous experience in panel repair/replacement in a bodyshop setting, with completion of a panel technician apprenticeship (or equivalent) Ability to carry out major repairs Demonstrate a positive, right-first time attitude a strong team-player Ability to work to a very high standard, with precision and attention to detail
