What youll actually be doing:

  • Removing and refitting panels with precision and care
  • Spotting defects and reporting them to the team
  • Ensuring perfect fit, finish, and quality every time
  • Working safely and following all repair standards
  • Maintaining tools and reporting any issues
  • Signing off repairs to confirm quality
  • Keeping vehicles safe and secure throughout the repair process

What you need to bring to the party:

  • Proven experience as aPanel Beater
  • Relevant motor manufacturer qualifications and training
  • Current welding certificate(AOM009 or equivalent)
  • Skills inMIG brazing, spot welding, riveting, bonding, and working with high-strength steels
  • Light MET and bonding certifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
