Panel Beater

Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are looking for a skilled and reliable Panel Beater to join our busy workshop team. Within this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork to a high standard, ensuring all work meets safety and quality requirements.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and plan repair work
- Repair dents, scratches, and structural damage
- Remove and replace damaged panels
- Use welding, filling, grinding, and sanding techniques
- Align vehicle frames and panels accurately
- Prepare vehicles for painting
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques
- Ability to use workshop tools and equipment safely
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management and teamwork skills
- Relevant xbpsjku qualifications or apprenticeship (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential) you need to be comfortable to drive manual and automatic cars
Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday
07:00 - 15:30
