Key Responsibilities: Interior and exterior painting and decorating Surface preparation, filling, sanding, and finishing Working to high standards on occupied and void properties Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
? Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent) Previous experience in property maintenance or similar roles Own tools and PPE Attention to detail and ability to work independently
