We operate by the values of Teamwork, Accountability, Quality, Fun, Compliance and Flexibility.Responsibilities of the role include: Painting walls, ceilings and woodwork in residential and student properties to a high standardCompleting cosmetic remedial works after leaks have been repairedAssisting with basic end-of-tenancy maintenance issues, such as resealing showers, replacing toilet seats and building furniture (all training provided)Providing excellent customer service and ensuring every job is completed to a high standardEssential requirements: Full UK Driving Licence - access to own vehicle essentialA strong work ethic and enthusiasm for a physical, hands-on jobAbility to work primarily independently, as well as being a strong team player.Good organisational skills needed to manage workload and calendars efficiently.Location: ManchesterContract type: Permanent, full timeHours: 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday, with overtime available.Salary: Competitive - dependent on experienceClosing date for applications: 13th May, 2026REF-227 915JBRP1_UKTJ
