Working for a Maintenance Contractor
Based initially based in Tottenham and Kennington then GU and RG postcodes
Temp-to-Perm role

Working in occupied council properties
*
External and Internal Re-Decs of blocks of flats and houses
*
The first 2 jobs will be in London will be Tottenham and Kennington, these will be external and internal
*
The work from May onwards will be in GU and RG postcodes
*
Work will mainly be externals through the summer months and returning to internals in the winter months
*
**You must be able to make your own way to the jobs**
Overview
*
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter to join a busy inhouse maintenance team working across residential properties initially in London then in GU and RG postcodes
*
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, skilled and motivated Painter who is confident delivering high-quality decorating works within void properties
*
Deliver high-quality painting/decorating within residential properties, planning each job effectively and completing works to specification (where provided)
