Painter & Decorator Support Technician (Damp & Mould) Salary : £38,492 per annum + Excellent Benefits Office Location : High Wycombe, Chesham. Location Of Our Properties : Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas/counties. Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (42.5 hours per week, 08:00 – 17:30 Mon – Friday)

In line with Awaab's Law, we're expanding our Property Services team and are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator Support Technician (Damp & Mould) with painting and decorating expertise to help us deliver vital improvements to our residents' living conditions. About the Role This is a practical, hands-on role with a primary focus on the removal and cleaning of damp and mould from our properties. Once the affected areas have been treated and made safe, you'll carry out painting and decorating works to restore the property to a high standard. You'll work closely with surveyors, supervisors, and other trades to ensure all hazards are fully resolved before any finishing work begins.
