Painter and Decorator Required - Swindon

Experienced Painter and Decorator required in the Swindon area to work with a busy contractor to do maintenance in void social housing properties.

This is a really exciting contract role paying up to £22ph using your own van.

6 weeks work initially.

Painter and Decorator Day to Day:

Maintenance work/ disrepair on empty social housing properties Turning properties around ready for the next tenant Painting and decorating - all aspects Some external painting work possibly Working alongside a multi trade to get the work complete Working to a given spec Reporting to the supervisor on progress

Painter and Decorator Requirements:

Good painting experience NVQ in Painting (desired) Manual handling - can be completed prior to start Working at heights - can be completed prior to start DBS - can be completed prior to start Asbestos Awareness - can be completed prior to start Good attitude Honest and reliable
