As a Painter and Decorator, you will be:
Carrying out painting and decorating work on tenanted social housing properties
Preparing surfaces, including patching and sanding
Painting and finishing various surfaces to a high standard
Addressing any issues related to damp and mould within properties

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Previous experience in social housing
Experience working with damp and mould
A full UK driving licence and the ability to commute reliably

The role is offering the following benefits:
