Job Title: Furniture Sprayer Location: Pershore Pay: £15.00 per hour Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm * Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pm Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Furniture Sprayer to join our workshop team in Pershore. The role involves spraying high-quality furniture and bespoke cabinetry to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities * Spraying furniture, cabinets, doors, and panels * Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming * Mixing paints and finishes to required specifications * Applying finishes using spray equipment (e.g. lacquer, paint) * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised spray booth * Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met * Following health and safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience * Previous experience as a furniture sprayer (essential) * Experience with bespoke or high-end furniture preferred * Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship * Ability to work independently and as part of a small team * Reliable, punctual, and well organised
