Role Profile:

To support our continued growth, we are looking for 2 Paint Preppers to join our team. Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience in various methods of paint preparation such as:

· Sanding,

· Scraping,

· General washing down/degreasing

· Fettling,

· Masking,

· General manual handling.

We are looking for someone who is conscientious in their way of working, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, and who can cope with the pace of production whether working as part of a team or on their own.

Candidates should be able to work at heights and/or in confined spaces. The working hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-3:30pm on Fridays with opportunities for overtime.

1. To prepare large steel structures according to customer requirements and specifications.
