We are the specialists OEMs call on to support crucial vehicle projects. Our work is dynamic, ranging from carefully planned launch support and build phases to highly reactive quality campaigns addressing immediate production or market needs.We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Paint Prep Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is critical to achieving the highest quality finish on vehicle components and full vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive bodywork and the precision required to meet the stringent quality standards of major OEMs.Core Responsibilities?Surface Preparation & Repair: Meticulously inspect, clean, repair, sand, fill, and smooth all designated vehicle surfaces or parts (including plastic and fiberglass) to ensure a flawless substrate for painting.?Finishing & Quality Control: Accurately apply primer and masking, and perform rigorous quality checks on all prepped areas to meet E-PPL and client quality standards before releasing the part for paint.?Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, handle materials correctly, and strictly follow all safety and hazardous waste protocols.?Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and site supervisors to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow and meet project deadlines.Experience & Skills Requirements?Proven Expertise: Solid experience in automotive bodywork, sanding, and surface preparation.
