This approach creates meaningful connections with consumers, increases trust in brands, and delivers better outcomes for all stakeholders.Role Summary and ImpactWe are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join Mindshare Worldwide, working across the Blackrock (50%) and Unilever (50%) accounts within our Channels & Solutions team. This is a pivotal role supporting the Account Manager and Account Director in the delivery of best-in-class digital media campaigns across the network.The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget, and meet performance KPIs. This role offers exposure to multiple disciplines — such as search, social, and programmatic — with a focus on building transferable skills that can be applied to any digital channel. We’re looking for candidates with prior experience working within a media agency environment (network agency highly desirable) across one or more channels, who are eager to expand their expertise and adapt to different client and platform needs through training and ongoing development.Success in this role will be measured by your ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, partner agencies, and technology providers, while consistently delivering impactful work for two high-profile global brands.Skills and ExperienceAt WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people.
