About Us

We’re a creative and culture-led London agency working with some of the most exciting names in music, entertainment, and youth culture. We create campaigns that make noise — literally. From album launches to global tours, we connect artists and brands with audiences through bold, innovative digital strategies.

If you live and breathe paid social, love the music scene, and want to work in a buzzing, collaborative team, you’ll feel right at home here.

The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to take the lead on managing and optimising social advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat. You’ll work on high-profile music and entertainment projects, delivering campaigns that generate real impact — whether it’s selling out shows, streaming new releases, or building hype for an artist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns for music, entertainment, and lifestyle clients.
  • Manage ad budgets of varying sizes to deliver maximum ROI.
  • Build and test creative variations, audiences, and placements to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop thumb-stopping content tailored to each platform.
  • Report on campaign performance with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of social platform trends, emerging ad formats, and changes to algorithms.
  • Work directly with clients, updating them on campaign progress and results.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members when needed.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
  • Proven track record of delivering performance-driven campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-native reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present campaign results clearly.
  • Passion for music, pop culture, and digital trends.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the music or entertainment sector.
  • Knowledge of programmatic or other paid media channels.
  • Basic creative skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) for quick content edits.

Personal Attributes

  • Music enthusiast who understands artist brands and fan communities.
  • Creative problem-solver who enjoys testing and learning.
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

What We Offer

  • Salary up to £45,000 + bonus.
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in our London office.
  • Opportunities to attend live events, gigs, and launches.
  • Ongoing training and career development.
  • A supportive, social, and passionate team culture.
