Paediatric Clinical Lead - Community Complex Care Location: Bristol / Somerset / Gloucestershire Salary: Up to £55,000 plus £5,000 car allowance Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, hybrid working, no nights or weekends

This opportunity allows you to lead a small caseload of just 6 community paediatric complex care packages , giving you the time and clinical headspace to focus on quality, safety, and family-centred care. You will join a large, established, and award-winning complex care provider delivering specialist community services across Bristol and Somerset.
The Role As a Paediatric Clinical Lead , you will act as the named clinical lead for your allocated packages. You will have protected time for assessments, care planning, and clinical oversight, rather than rota-filling or firefighting shifts.
You will support children with complex needs and their families while providing leadership, training, and supervision to community care teams, ensuring consistently high clinical standards across each package.
