Are you an experienced

Paediatric Clinical Lead

or senior paediatric nurse looking to progress your career within

The Role As Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership across community-based paediatric care packages, ensuring safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include: Developing and overseeing

individualised care plans Providing hands-on clinical support to children and families in the community Training, mentoring, and supervising carers to maintain high clinical standards Working closely with

MDTs, CHC nurses, and commissioners Building strong, supportive relationships with children and their families

Essential Requirements

Registered Childrens Nurse (RSCN) with a valid

NMC PIN Minimum

18 months UK paediatric community nursing experience Recent experience with

tracheostomy and ventilated children

(within the last 2 years) Strong leadership, mentoring, and supervisory skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Band 5 or Band 6 nurses with leadership experience encouraged to apply Full UK driving licence

Whats on Offer
