You will join a large, established, and award-winning complex care provider delivering specialist community services across Bristol and Somerset. The Role As a Paediatric Clinical Lead , you will act as the named clinical lead for your allocated packages. You will have protected time for assessments, care planning, and clinical oversight, rather than rota-filling or firefighting shifts. You will support children with complex needs and their families while providing leadership, training, and supervision to community care teams, ensuring consistently high clinical standards across each package. What we are looking for Registered Childrens Nurse with an active NMC PIN Minimum of 18 months UK paediatric nursing experience
