Paediatric Clinical Lead Community Complex Care Location: Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire & Oxfordshire Salary: £45,000 £48,000 per annum Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent
We are recruiting an experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a well-established community complex care provider with over 10 years experience delivering high-quality, nurse-led care to children with complex health needs in their own homes.
Due to the growth of new paediatric care packages across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Oxfordshire , this is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior clinical role within a supportive and expanding service.
The Role As Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership across multiple community-based complex care packages, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care.
Key responsibilities include: Clinical oversight of paediatric complex care packages in the community Completing clinical assessments, care plans, and risk assessments Delivering clinical supervision, training, and competency sign-off Supporting families and liaising with commissioners and MDTs Ensuring safe delivery of complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilation Maintaining high clinical standards acro...
