The Job (The Good Stuff)

You'll be the technical brains behind packaging across two production sites, getting stuck into:

Translating briefs into practical, production-ready packaging solutions

Presenting packaging concepts with confidence (yes, people will listen)

Leading packaging trials, transit testing, and launch activity

Managing artwork and print across internal systems and retailer platforms

Owning packaging specifications, BRC compliance, and waste reporting

Working closely with procurement to identify smart cost-saving opportunities

Acting as the go-to packaging expert for operations, NPD, and suppliers

Hands-on. Fast-moving. Proper packaging work.

What We're After

You'll already have:

At least 2 years' experience as a Packaging Technologist in food manufacturing

The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball

Solid knowledge of own label vs branded packaging processes

Confidence dealing with suppliers, retailers, and internal teams

A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
