Our client, a leading organisation in the defence sector, is currently seeking a Security Cleared Planner to join their team in Derby. This role is available on a permanent or contract basis and involves working on a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Full build and management of schedules, ensuring effective interfaces and stakeholder engagement Maintenance and management of baselines to support contractual and performance metrics Conducting meetings and workshops to challenge project progress and performance Supporting Planning/Project Controls Managers in maintaining schedules and their interfaces Managing contract requirements related to schedules Providing advanced hierarchical reporting outputs such as Earned Value Management (EVM) Integration of function correlating schedule, cost, and risk Critical path evaluation and scenario planning to mitigate issues and improve efficiencies
Job Requirements:
Experience with multiple large projects Experience in contract management (NEC, Defence, Nuclear) Demonstrable experience within regulated environments (MOD/Nuclear/Ports) Strong stakeholder management skills Advanced reporting techniques Integrated multi-discipline project controls skillset Professional memberships or accreditations Strong business awar...
