and be at the heart of rolling out and stabilising our next generation of OOH sites across the UK. As an
OOH Implementation Manager , you'll play a critical, hands-on role in planning, launching and embedding new Out of Home (OOH) delivery sites into the Evri network. From day-one launch through to stabilisation, you'll ensure suppliers, routes and Field Teams are fully operational, performing to cost and service targets, and set up for long-term success. This is a fast-paced, operational role where no two days are the same. You'll work across multiple regions, partnering closely with Area Partnership teams, Field Teams and central functions. You'll be on the ground during launches, training suppliers, monitoring early-life performance, resolving issues quickly and making data-led decisions to keep service and cost right first time. Responsibilities as the Out Of Home Implementation Manager: Plan, launch and stabilise new OOH sites, ensuring operational readiness from day one Train suppliers and Field Teams pre- and post-launch to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery Monitor and manage supplier performance during the first 12 weeks post-launch Deliver regional CPU, service and SLA targets through effective operational control Provide first-line operational support to Field Teams and support smooth depot handovers Interested? full UK driving licence
and flexibility to travel across multiple regions Proven experience in
operational planning, performance management and cost control (CPU) Strong ability to use data to make decisions and turn insight into practical action Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills Experience
negotiating with third-party suppliers
