The OSC Test Manager is accountable for defining, leading, and governing test activities across Online Service Centre (OSC) and Mobile Application releases. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality solutions through effective test planning, risk-based execution, strong stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of testing practices and maturity across BAU and project deliveries.
The OSC Test Manager operates within a complex IT landscape spanning multiple platforms, integrations, and concurrent delivery streams, where ambiguity and competing priorities are common. Success in this role depends equally on strong people and communication skills, including the ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams; engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders; and build trust while constructively challenging decisions.
Essential
Minimum 5 years experience working in a fast-paced technical environment, supporting frequent releases, changing priorities, and complex system landscapes.

At least 35 years in a Test Management or Test Delivery leadership role, with accountability for end-to-end test delivery outcomes.

Proven experience managing SIT and UAT phases, including defect triage, prioritisation, and stakeholder reporting.

Hands-on experience testing integrated systems, including APIs (REST and SOAP).
