Working with the HR Director and the wider HR Team this is an excellent opportunity to join my client during this transformative phase, becoming their OD Lead! Leadership excellence is at the core of their strategic vision, and this is a pivotal role which will shape and sustain a high-performance culture by developing confident, capable, and future-ready leaders across all levels of the organisation. Day-to-day of the role: Strategic Leadership Development Executive and Leadership Coaching Operational Management Development Management Induction & Onboarding Learning Design & Delivery Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in leadership development within a complex organisational setting Strong background in designing and delivering leadership programmes and coaching initiatives Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of management Ability to use diagnostic tools to assess team dynamics and individual leadership competencies Experience in managing large-scale projects and influencing senior stakeholders Relevant qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field / CIPD Qualified Benefits: Competitive salary within Grade 7 scale > £48k pa Flexible hybrid working model Opportunities for professional development and growth Inclusive and supportive work environment To apply for the Organisational Development Lead position, please submit your CV for an initial, confidential conversation.
