Role: Organisational Change Management (OCM) Lead Consultant

Location: London (Hybrid – 1–2 days/week in office)

Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 per annum (potentially flexibility for the right candidate) + benefits

Lead Change at Scale

We’re hiring on behalf of a leading global consultancy that is expanding its UK Change Management capability. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned OCM professional to step into a strategic leadership role, delivering across a wide range of technology transformation programmes while helping shape and grow a national practice.

The Role

• Deliver end-to-end change management across major transformation programmes (ERP, SAP, cloud migration, TOM transitions, and more).
• Design and implement tailored change strategies, communications, and training plans.
• Support business development, including pre-sales, bids, and client presentations.
• Operate autonomously or lead teams (ranging from 2 to 10+) depending on project scope.
• Play a key role in building out the UK change practice, backed by a strong global foundation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of OCM experience in consulting, ideally across multiple industries and technologies.
• Strong background in change management, communications, learning, and leadership.
• Experience in ERP, cloud, or IT infrastructure transformation projects.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity.
• Experience in pre-sales and business development is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG) are a plus.
