This position is ideal for someone early in their Digital Marketing journey with a keen interest in SEO & content strategy. The role's purpose is to support our Organic search account teams in implementing SEO and content activities for our clients. You will manage and deliver SEO and content activities, utilizing internal resources and our network of specialists to meet client objectives and targets. The role focuses on driving SEO performance through daily management and effective implementation for key client accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting SEO & Content leads with developing and implementing Account Development Plans (ADPs) and client strategies to sustain and grow performance, sharing client feedback with Account Leads.
- Managing client performance activities, conducting regular performance checks, identifying issues, and advocating for best practices and innovation.
- Ensuring all content aligns with client brand guidelines and is free of grammatical errors.
- Understanding and providing feedback on client content strategies.
- Maintaining client profitability with approval from the SEO Account Director for high-cost work.
- Preparing and reviewing data for client reports, writing summaries, and communicating findings effectively.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and troubleshoot anomalies, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Adhering to communication and customer service standards, responding promptly to client emails, and being available for calls.
- Managing administrative tasks, ensuring comprehensive briefs, and quality-checking work.
- Training team members on client specifics and supporting the development of internal training modules.
- Promoting company policies, supporting client retention, and working towards business goals like margin and NPS.

Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent/relevant experience
- Interest in digital marketing/SEO
- Experience in SEO or digital marketing is desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office / Google Drive skills
- Proficiency in data management and analysis
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Teamwork experience and customer service skills
