Orchard Manager / Top Fruit Manager

Up to £40,000 | Cornwall

Were working with one of Cornwalls most established and respected producers, renowned for their award-winning fruit products and continued investment in quality and growth. Due to expansion, theyre now looking for an experienced Orchard / Top Fruit Manager to take ownership of substantial, productive orchards set within beautiful surrounding grounds and woodland.

This is a hands-on, career-defining role for someone passionate about fruit production, land management, and delivering exceptional standards in a stunning environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:

  • Manage, maintain, and harvest established top fruit orchards
  • Maximise yield and quality from already productive trees
  • Oversee orchard health, pruning, planting, and seasonal planning
  • Operate and maintain relevant machinery and vehicles
  • Take responsibility for adjacent grounds and woodland areas
  • Play a key role in the continued success of a growing, award-winning business

About You

  • Proven experience in orchard or top fruit management
  • Background in horticulture or agriculture within a similar environment
  • Confident operating machinery and vehicles (relevant licences preferred)
  • Relevant horticultural or agricultural qualifications advantageous
  • Hard-working, highly motivated, and detail-focused
  • Passionate about producing high-quality fruit and maintaining land to exceptional standards
