Oracle Programme Manager – Senior Manager

£100k+ base + bonus + package | Permanent
We’re hiring for a Senior Manager-level Oracle Programme Manager to join one of the UK’s top-tier consultancies, delivering complex digital transformation programmes for large-scale clients across the public and private sectors.
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, has a deep understanding of the Oracle Cloud suite, and can drive multi-workstream programmes from initial strategy through to successful delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM transformation programmes from mobilisation through delivery Acting as a trusted advisor to CxO-level stakeholders, managing risks, scope and governance Coordinating large cross-functional teams across technology, functional and change workstreams Supporting new business through proposals and client conversations Contributing to the growth and development of the Oracle practice
What we’re looking for:
Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM or EPM programmes Background in large-scale consulting or systems integration environments Strong knowledge of Oracle delivery frameworks and implementation best practices Confident managing client relationships and programme financials at senior levels Industry experience in public sector, financial services or healthcare is advantageous
The package:
