I’m partnered with a leading consulting organisation expanding their Oracle capability. They’re looking for an Oracle HCM Manager with a strong consulting background and experience across complex enterprise implementations.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud workstreams across enterprise clients
• Own solution design, configuration oversight and quality assurance
• Guide clients through HR transformation, process change and best practice
• Support bids, proposals and early-stage shaping work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Finance, Change, Integration)
• Coach and develop consultants within the Oracle team

What you’ll bring

• Strong consulting experience from a recognised professional services firm
• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud expertise across at least one of:
• Core HR, Talent, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Learning
• Ability to lead client workshops, define requirements and shape solutions
• Understanding of HR processes, operating models and transformation journeys
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-workstream programmes
• A collaborative, people-first approach to leadership
