Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer (Contract) Duration: 6–12 Months Location: Ireland (Remote / Hybrid) with occasional travel to Belfast Rate: Competitive (DOE) Overview We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to join a major Oracle Fusion programme spanning Ireland and Northern Ireland. You’ll play a key role in delivering robust, scalable integrations across OIC3, Oracle ATP, and OCI within a complex hybrid architecture. This is a hands‑on contract, suited to someone who can come in, take ownership, and deliver without hand‑holding. Key Responsibilities
Design and build OIC3 integrations across Oracle Fusion (ERP, HCM, SCM, WMS) and external/on‑prem systems Deliver file-based integrations using FTP/SFTP adapters with OCI File Storage for staging and archiving Develop and optimise PL/SQL packages in Oracle ATP for data transformation and FBDI processing Configure and manage external tables for file ingestion and processing Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports, integrating outputs into OIC workflows Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions Execute and support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues across OIC, database, and file layers Maintain clear documentation across integrations, PL/SQL logic, and OCI components Support and mentor junior developers where required
Core Skills & Experience
Proven delivery experience as an OIC Developer on Oracle Fusion programmes Strong hands‑on expertise with OIC3 (REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, SaaS adapters) Solid understanding of integration design patterns, orchestration, and error handling Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON Advanced Oracle Database skills:
High-performance SQL External tables and file-based processing Performance tuning on large datasets
Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) including bursting and OIC integration Familiarity with OCI services (File Storage, Logging) Experience working in hybrid environments (cloud + on‑prem, VPN connectivity) Comfortable with tools such as SQL Developer, Postman, WinSCP, PuTTY, Git
