Overview ERP Functional Application Specialist (Supply Chain) 📍 Central Belt, Scotland (fully remote for the right candidate) We’re hiring an experienced ERP Functional Application Specialist to play a key role in shaping and optimising a global ERP landscape, with a focus on Supply Chain and manufacturing operations. This is a highly collaborative role, working across IT and business stakeholders to analyse processes, design solutions, and maximise ERP performance and investment. Key Responsibilities

Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement Translate business needs into functional ERP requirements Design and implement scalable, secure ERP solutions Lead configuration and oversee successful delivery of projects and enhancements Support reporting, data insights, and efficiency improvements Provide end-user support, training, and best practice guidance Contribute to product roadmaps, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with security, data, and industry best practices

Experience Required

5+ years’ ERP experience across implementation and change lifecycle Strong background in Supply Chain and manufacturing environments Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS highly desirable) Knowledge of planning tools (MRP, demand planning, capacity planning) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred

Degree in relevant field (e.g. Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems) Willingness to travel internationally
