The Role

As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, reassuring, and high-quality patient journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and guiding them through their visit Supporting dispensing, including frame and lens selection Pre-screening and supporting clinics Adjustments, repairs, and collections Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice Delivering consistently high standards of customer careAbout You
