One of Glasgows most well-loved Fishmongers is looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor to join the team and learn the ropes alongside the current Operations Manager. You will be working 45 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday, with shifts starting at midnight.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a leadership role, with full support, coaching and guidance. As Operations Supervisor, you will play a hands-on part in the daily running of the business supporting customer service, sales, logistics and warehouse operations.
What were looking for in an Operations Supervisor:

  • Someone eager to grow into a supervisory role
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • A team player who can stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Experience in the food or fish industry is helpful but not essential
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job
In return, you will receive a salary starting at £33,000 per annum.
