I have a new opportunity for an Operations Programme Manager to join a new facility in the South Wales region. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a new 100-million-dollar site that is due to go live in 2027. You will be joining a specialist team of project and engineering individuals and reporting directly to the General Manager of the business. The company is a global specialist in the pharmaceutical industry, and this is a rare opportunity to be part of such a unique and exciting project. The post offers an impressive salary of circa £80k with flex either side, dependent on the individual's experience and current annual salary/package. In addition to this, there is a 15% bonus, share options, 4% flexible bonus to purchase additional holidays, etc., 37.5-hour contract week, company pension scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays (with additional bonus purchase scheme of holidays up to 5 days) and much more.

Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the role will focus on preparing the site for successful startup and sustained operations. The Operations Programme Manager will work closely alongside the Project Manager and Quality Manager, ensuring that people, processes, and plans are aligned for operational go-live in early 2027.
