Are you an organised and proactive Operations Manager with strong relationship management skills? This is a fantastic opportunity to work with leading education institutions, supporting innovative digital learning tools.

The Role

As an Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of online learning solutions for a portfolio of education sector clients. Acting as the main contact for academic partners, you’ll support programme teams with the practical setup and running of the company's platform.

While the role isn’t sales-focused, it requires a strong account management approach to maintain excellent relationships and ensure clients get the most value from the platform.

The role is primarily remote within the UK, with travel throughout the country sometimes required.

What’s Required?

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong knowledge of the education industry, ideally with experience delivering operational projects or managing client relationships within it An interest in higher education, digital learning, and emerging technologies such as AI A degree in a business-related subject, excellent organisation and the ability to work independently in a remote role Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to present to academic staff and students

A willingness to travel regularly within the UK and occasionally internationally is essential.
