Operations Manager New Build Energy from Waste Power Station Up to £80,000 + bonus up to 20% + benefits Tilbury, Essex SCINERGY Recruitment are supporting the appointment of an Operations Manager for a new build Energy from Waste power station in Tilbury. Once built this site will process over 350,000 tonnes of waste per year generating enough electricity to power over 90,000 homes. This is a key leadership role within the operations team during the final construction, commissioning and transition into full commercial operation. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping operational performance, embedding standards, and ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient running of the facility from day one.
