JOB: Operations Manager LOCATION: Grimsby SALARY: up to £45k STATUS: Permanent

My client, a well respected international company, is seeking an Operations Manager for their warehouse/distribution operation on the outskirts of Grimsby. This is an exciting time for the business with growth and development a key factor. As Operations Manager, your role will be to ensure an efficient and profitable service that provides and exceeds agreed service levels to our customers.

You will be developingthe activities of the site to ensure continuous improvement of Key Performance Indicators, as agreed with the Operations Director/Head of Warehousing. You will also collaborate with other key managers to achieve the Companys business aims and objectives. Essential Skills and Qualifications

Warehouse management experience (preferably cold store warehousing) Extensive experience of operational management and control within 3PL Graduate calibre or equivalent Excellent leadership skills Proven commercial acumen IT literate and numerate Good presentation skills Excellent problem solving skills National CPC desirable
