About the Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our agency’s operations—ensuring seamless communication and compliance between our team and the wider group. You’ll oversee office management, property relationships, and business operations, while supporting strategic growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves variety, thrives on problem-solving, and is ready to evolve with the business.

What You’ll Do

· Group Integration: Act as the key liaison with the parent company, ensuring timely delivery of reports, documentation, and compliance materials.

· Office & Facilities: Manage the part-time Office Manager and delegate tasks related to building upkeep, Health & Safety, onboarding/offboarding, and procurement of supplies and equipment.

· Property Management: Oversee the relationship with our property management company and ensure tenants comply with lease terms.

· Business Operations: Work closely with the leadership team on financial forecasting, billing reports, resourcing strategies, and reviewing SOPs for future readiness.

· Ownership of Agency QC and SOPs: working with leadership, supporting the Agency’s growth initiative and looking to drive proactive change in agency ways of working to accommodate change management.

· IT, Health and Safety, HR policy – ensure the agency embeds ad adheres to the protocols and certifications requested of us either by authorities or the wider company group.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar operations role, ideally within a communications agency.

· Skills: Strong organisational and project management abilities, excellent communication, proactive attitude, detail oriented and good financial acumen.

· Workplace: Hitchin and London locations, with some home working permitted (currently 2-3 days per week).

· Mindset: Flexible, solutions-focused.
