Globally backed Manufacturer in Worcestershire are currently looking for a Operations Manager to join the business and drive the managerial team.

With the business in a strong place & supplying major bluechip customers in the manufacturing sector, you will be responsible for the continuing improvement of the business whilst managing direct reports within the Production Management Team.  Reporting into the Operations Director; you will be a strong communicator and will be a key advocate for Engagement with internal stakeholders, the workforce & external stakeholders. You will be a key ambassador for Quality, Health & safety, Your People, Cost & Delivery. You will be a key part of driving a strong cultural on site & driving positive change within the Production team. You will have experience of working with a world class Manufacturer.

Role: Operations Manager Salary: up to £80,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits Location: Worcestershire
