Operations Manager

My client is looking to add an experienced Operations Manager to their leadership team. This role will be based from their site in Stirling, reporting directly to the MD and possessing overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations. The Operations Manager will support in the development of future company strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
Continually drive various Continuous Improvement initiatives such as lean implementation, quality improvements and production efficiency across all elements of the Operations Function Fully responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations including all elements of the Manufacturing Function Achieve all manufacturing and delivery schedule targets Lead all production planning activity from build and sales forecasting through final dispatch Continually look to improve the Operational culture with a focus on increased transparency, positivity, recognition and a shared committed to succeed as a team Develop, monitor and report Operational KPI's Ensure production is cost effective, ran as efficiently as possible and minimise overtime spend Implement a culture of Continuous Improvement, always seeking out opportunities to do things better Qualifications & Experience required:
