About the role of Operations Manager:
Exciting Operations Manager opportunity working for a leading tier one main contractor with an escalating turnover and plenty of opportunity ahead of them for growth. This is a great opportunity to work under the Project Director on a large 2,500+ unit, new build housing scheme, wich has a pipeline of work over the next 10 years.
You would be overseeing all build and commercial aspects of the long-term scheme, building a team and ensuring the projects remains on time and within budget. This project will be across multiple phases and mainly be traditional build, low rise houses and flats.
Responsibilities for Operations Manager
Lead and develop site teams
Helping to implement new procedures
Overseeing multiple phases from groundworks to completion.
Oversee pre-start planning, delivery, and post-completion activities
Liaising with clients.
Requirements for Operations Manager
Proven experience working in a similar role working in residential construction
Confident in the build sector and with a strong track record of delivery.
Taken projects from planning to handover.
Good Man Management skills.
